1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

En Pointe collects personal information from you when you inquire about our services, purchase our services, join our mailing list, or otherwise voluntarily submit information to us. This personal information may include your name, address, birth date, telephone number and e-mail address.

Your payment information is submitted directly to our payment vendors, by either you or us, and is never stored by us. We automatically collect other information when you use En Pointe's website in order to improve the website and analyze how it is used, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, activity on the website, search string to access the website (if any) and related metadata.

When you purchase our services online or in-person, you are required to create an account with a third-party service provider such as PayPal.  Your account and payment information will be processed and stored by these third-party service providers. We do not store your payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account(s) up-to date, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s), and for all activity that occurs under your account(s).

We may use third-party service providers as outlined in this Policy and provide access to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the websites, privacy policies or privacy practices of such third parties, including any disclosure of your personal information by such third parties.
