Barre + Body Sculpt
THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
Classic Ballet Barre repertoire combined with Pilates exercises. Increase lean muscle and work towards a long, strong body. Allegro (cardio) dance segments get your heart rate up and strengthen your nervous system. You will leave class feeling longer, stronger and with a gorgeous glow. No dance experience? No problem! This is a multi-level class for all dancers and non-dancers to enjoy!

Adult Dance Program
WANT A DANCERS BODY? THEN YOU NEED TO DANCE!
En Pointe is thrilled to be offering Ballet, Tap and Adult choreo classes!
If you have always dreamed of dancing, are returning from a hiatus or simply want to try something new, we've got you covered!
Classes are offered at a beginner to intermediate level with modifications given to best meet you where you're at in your dance journey.
No experience is necessary just a willingness to give it a try.
Adult Choreo Class
Learn a fun routine every week in various dance styles.
Come sweat, laugh and dance your cares away.
This class will be taught at a beginner level. Advanced modifications will be given when appropriate
Balance + Core Pilates
STRETCH, STRENGTHEN, AND ALIGN YOUR BODY
Feel stronger, build and improve lean muscle mass, increase balance and improve posture.

A combination of Vertical and Mat Pilates that offers amazing benefits for your entire body. Reshape your waistline, increase balance, and core strength. Sound movement principles help you gain control and improve flexibility while increasing endurance and relieving stress.
