Classic Ballet Barre repertoire combined with Pilates exercises. Increase lean muscle and work towards a long, strong body. Allegro (cardio) dance segments get your heart rate up and strengthen your nervous system. You will leave class feeling longer, stronger and with a gorgeous glow. No dance experience? No problem! This is a multi-level class for all dancers and non-dancers to enjoy!
Ballet + Body Sculpt
WANT A DANCERS BODY? THEN YOU NEED TO DANCE!
This invigorating dance class increases strength, length, and stamina. Class begins on the mat to fire up and sculpt the whole body, followed by a dance cardio combination to leave you smiling and sweaty! Get ready to have A LOT of fun! No previous dance experience required.
This class includes exercises involving impact and requires good cardiovascular health. It is NOT suitable for clients that have been advised to refrain from these activities. Please feel free to contact us before the session or before or after class if you have any questions or concerns.
Balance + Core Pilates

A combination of Vertical and Mat Pilates that offers amazing benefits for your entire body. Reshape your waistline, increase balance, and core strength. Sound movement principles help you gain control and improve flexibility while increasing endurance and relieving stress.

DROP-IN OUTDOOR CLASSES
On occasion group outdoor classes are held at St. George’s Park (weather permitting). The flexibility to pay as you train. Drop-In space is subject to availability, please contact to book your space. Stephanie generally announces new drop-in outdoor classes the weekend prior.
